The non-geek way :
Find an (old) USB PC keyboard and plug in into your Mac. Redefine the
Insert key with another one which is available on your Mac keyboard.
Plug back your Mac keyboard. You're in business.
The geek way :
Redefine the key you want to substitute to the Insert key, and hit it
TWICE during the operation.
Quit WT and open the wt.ini file, look for the [RedefinedKeys] section,
and find the KeyX line where both pairs are identical. Once found,
replace the second pair by "301 0".
Example : If you find
Key14=249 0 249 0
replace this line by
Key14=249 0 301 0
