[WT-support] SS Mult Problem

Oops! Bob, N6TV, was right on the money and I was mistaken; I thought that I 
had replaced the ARRLSEC.DAT file with the newer one, but somehow I had 
skipped it. Once I downloaded the later file, everything worked properly.
