[WT-support] CTY-1814 Contest Country Files - 14 November 2008

Thanks for noticing the typos, Bob and Bob.  I uploaded a fixed file to the web:

I did not update cty-1814.zip.

Can someone please check out this new file and let me know if the VY0
problem is fixed, and if there are any others?
