[WT-support] CTY-1812 Contest Country Files - 10 November 2008

    * For Win-Test users of cty_wt.dat and cty_wt_mod.dat, added CQ zone
      exceptions for the following Canadian prefixes: CF, CG, CJ, CK,
      VA, VB, VC, VG and VX. For ct_wt_mod.dat (only), added coordinates
      for VE9, VO1 and VO2.

Can someone please verify that the changes are working correctly?
Especially check that VO1 and VO2 give the correct beam
heading/distance.
