Actually, the score seems correct to me, as no point is credited when 
you work a non-JA stn !

Of course, the number of Q, and the avg is computed on all Q you enter. 
If you want to work 1 JA stn and 99 US stations in a row, it's up to you 
;-) You will get 2 points for 100 Q...
