[WT-support] NT in SS

In my opinion the mult file should only have the abbreviations used by the
contest sponsor. I see some mult files still have abbreviations that have
not been used by the US Post Office for more than 30 years.

I strip down my mult file to the bare minimum when possible.

The current ARRLSEC.DAT file remaps NT as NTX.

Maybe this line should be removed to prevent confusion ?

We will let SS gurus discuss and decide on this matter !
