Nothing to fix here.

Use CTY_WT_MOD.DAT instead of CTY.DAT.  This will properly calculate Zone 29
for VK6 and VK8.  Maybe Win-Test should use CTY_WT_MOD.DAT by default for
all new logs.
For WT 3.21 and above, type CTYFILE or COUNTRYFILES [Enter] to download and
select this country file.  Otherwise, select Options | Data Files | Country
Files from the menu.
