[WT-support] time off

Hi Jorge!

Right click on "Rate" window (should be opened), select
"Off time calculation threshold" and select or enter time after
which (without QSOs) WT automaticly starts to count OFF TIME.
For single op in WPX "Off time calculation threshold"  should be at least 1
hour.
