[WT-support] FJ mult and TO5RZ

If I download cty.dat from WT Options>Data files>Country files, TO5RZ  is NOT 
in the file as FJ.  I MUST download cty.dat directly from  country-files.com 
in order to get the correct file.  
 
The WT Options>Data files>Country files process does not give me the  correct 
cty.dat file.

I have downloaded AD1C's latest country file, but WT will not recognize  
TO5RZ as FJ.  
 
What am I doing wrong?
