[WT-support] exchange auto-fill

I've have been using Wintest for a few contests and, as expected, it
auto-fills the exchange for previously worked callsigns.   For the ARRL
June and September VHF contests the auto-fill feature does not seem to
work.  Is there some means for enabling this feature?  Thanks.
