[WT-support] BARTG RTTY Contest...how to send UTC/GMT?

This question has been asked before, I know, but I can't find an answer
anywhere: 

 

The BARTG RTTY Contest requires that GMT (or UTC if you prefer) be part of
the exchange.

 

I have tried using $TIME, $GMT, $UTC and $TIME [HH:MM] but none of them
works. What is the answer please?
