Hi,
I had a simmilar problem on a fresh installed and patched (winupdate)
Laptop (only Win XP was on this machine, firewall off). wtDxtelnet
doesn't work.
I deinstalled Windows SP2 -> wtDxtelnet is running with the same
configuration I had before.
I installed SP2 again -> wtDxtelnet is running.
There is a crazy behavour of Windows XP. Hope this helps.
