[WT-support] RSGB hfcc data mode contests (Andy Hewitt)

I asked for the inclusion of MMVARI to enable PSK and RTTY in contests.
I got no support and was even told it was "not real contesting".  Not all of us had a morse key welded to our hand at birth, hi hi.
