I want to use Win-test for the first time in the WAE CW contest, I find that
the ALT L command does nothing, I do not get the QTC dialog box as shown in
the Help file. CTRL L doesn't bring up the TX QTC window either.
Other than giving the ALT L and CTRL L commands the help file doesn't say
anything. Is there something else I need to setup?
