[WT-support] $SERIAL not working

And it is not working also when DX not IOTA station. Using latest 3.21 here. 

Did you maybe change the command when adding $NEXTSERIAL and $PREVSERIAL???

Can anyone confirm that $SERIAL not working in 3.21??

I just discovered that $SERIAL is not giving serial number, not TXing anything. We are in DXexpedition, IOTA contest.

Can anyone check? Really strange!! Please look into it! I thought I w3ill write immidiately, but will start looking into the reasons now.
