[WT-support] More support for ADIF v2?

Hello, 


It would be great if WT could generate ADIF v2 compatible info for the contests where state (or equivalent) and/or county (or equivalent) is used as received exchange info. Hereby I refer to the STATE and CNTY fields of ADIF v2 wherever applicable. It would be a very useful addition when those contest QSOs are imported into logging software. Currently WT outputs only SRX.
