Actually, the .ops file is not used for the op information in the QSOs. 
The op callsign for each Q is embedded in the wtb file itself.

Of course, be sure to use the original wtb file, and not an export / 
import of some sort, where these data are lost (the Cabrillo format for 
example doesn't contain this kind of information).
