[WT-support] IOTA CONTEST & Check partial

Win-Test only supports one check partial file at a time. If it finds
MASTER.SCP and IOTA.DTB, it will use only IOTA.DTB for Super Check Partial.
However, if you COPY or RENAME MASTER.SCP to *DEFAULT.SCP*, then Win-Test
will use DEFAULT.SCP for check partial, and IOTA.DTB for exchange guessing.
So rename the file to DEFAULT.SCP, and you should get most of what you want.
However, if a callsign appears only in IOTA.DTB, you will not see it in the
check partial window. That is probably OK because many callsigns in
IOTA.DTB are no longer on the air. In other words, for Check Partial,
Win-Test does not combine the callsigns found in DEFAULT.SCP with those
callsigns found in IOTA.DTB. You can do it yourself if you have a utility
to convert the DTB data to text.
The check partial file logic is partially explained in
http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/Check_Partial_and_Np1_Files, though the search
order isn't explained very clearly.
