Works for me :

(I have to check why it displays #75 but I guess my test log is somewhat 
corrupted)

Once again, it works for me. I entered W5KFT and got 07 as default 
exchange, and UA9YTN and got 31 as default exchange. Thus, they do are 
not displayed in this check report.

Strange...

Maybe your ITU.DTB file (which is used in precedence over the country 
file) has bad data ?
