FILE
NEW
enter a file name
a CONTEST CONFIGURATION window will appear
in the CONTEST section, select CONTEST.  
A list of supported contests will appear.
Select the contest you want.
For starters, I recommend DXPEDITION (HF+6m) from the bottom of the  list.
