[WT-support] Insert key - occasional failure

On a few occasions, when entering a callsign on the log entry line, my  
INSERT key failed to work.  However, if I would complete the log entry for  that 
callsign, the INSERT key would then work ok again.  This seems like a  WT 
problem, and not a problem with my keyboard.
 
Thoughts?
