[WT-support] Now is 3.19 : is the 3.18 the new "stable" release ?

Hello everyone

I'm planning  to use a "full" version  (I've got the licence) for the next Ref cup..(my first try with this soft).
Until 3.18, 3.17 was said "stable" release.
Now is 3.19...Is 3.18 the new "stable" one ....?
Hum ..I'm a little confused about that ..
 What is your advice ?
(I don't really need new functionalities)
