3.19.0 (Jan 22, 2008)

- Bugfix: The "elapsed time since the last QSO" bargraph was not
   displayed anymore. Fixed.

- Bugfix: Orion II Radios not properly set when grabbing QSX spots
   from the bandmap. Close bug report #159. Tks K1GQ (KC1XX).
   Note: still not 100% operational.

- Added IC-7700 and Tentec Orion II in the list of supported radios.

- Bugfix: Task #174 of the BTS : Using [Alt-F1/F2] to fix band of
   already logged QSO entered on the secondary radio was changing the
   rig, which is not expected. Fixed. Tks N6TV.

- NAQP M/2 (only) : Edit current op. name menu item added. The
   equivalent text commands are OPNAME or MYNAME. Tnx N4CU.

- Radio Wnd / Bandmap view : Max. zoom extended. Tnx G3RXQ.

- ARRL RTTY Round-Up implemented. Tnx F6IFY.

- Basic Operators management

   Foreword : This feature is very limited, and will *not* be further
   extended in this major version of Win-Test (v3). It is mainly added
   to help DXPeditioners for the web log search scripts, and for
   various DX or contesters challenges (RRDXA etc.)

   New text commands : OPON (or LOGIN), OPOFF (or LOGOUT).

   This feature is only available to multi-op logs.

   If you entered a list of operators in the contest settings dialog
   when creating the log, it will be parsed to init the combo-box. You
   can also add ops "on the fly" to this combo box.

   If you add nicknames to ops of this list (joe, jack, william,
   averell, josette or whatever - letters and numbers are accepted,
   allowing exotic nicks like l33t etc.), you can enter them as text
   commands to quickly change operator, without using the OPON command.

   Op. callsigns are limited to 7 chars, while nicks are limited
   to 13 chars.

   The operator changing is propagated across the network, meaning
   that if you login on a station, you will be automagically logged
   out of the previous one you were logged on (if any).

   The ADIF file export includes the op callsign in the QSO record, if
   an op. has been defined for that QSO.

   The text and CSV export files are also enhanced to allow the
   inclusion the op. callsign.

- ARRL 160 : The Cabrillo file now marks empty exchanges (for DX side
   stations) with "---" to comply with the ARRL robot. Tnx F5IN, N5KO.

- New KEYB text command : Designed for international multi-op teams.
   You can now switch keyboard to use in WT with a KEYB/xxx text command
   following the abbreviated language code described there :

   http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/reference/winxp/langtla.mspx

   For example : KEYB/FRA, or KEYB/ENG etc.

   Caution : The keyboards layouts must have been installed in the
   Windows language bar before using !

   This portion of code is CERN-approved.

- Grammar : Objectives renamed as Targets. Tnx G3TXF.

- ARRL SS : The licence year log entry field title is now Chk (stands
   for Check). Tnx N6TV.

- ARRL SS : New $CHECK variable added to send your licence year.
   This variable only works for this contest. Tnx N6TV.

- CTY files : To strengthen the parsing of these files, all trailing
   spaces are now ignored. Tnx W9ZRX and AD1C.

- CTY files : The parser now supports leading equal symbols (=) of the
   future CTY files. Tnx AD1C.

- Bugfix : NAQP : Cabrillo file : Op name field was broken in M/2. And
   Transmitter ID added in M/2 only. Tnx N4CU, N6TV, N5KO.

- Bugfix : CQWW 160 : Default band (160) was broken. Tnx DL6RAI.

- Bugfix : Left-handed users who used the appropriate Windows mouse
   settings weren't able to move the Clock and SSB bargraph windows.
   Tnx JQ1BVI.

- Bugfix : ARRL SS : The exchange guessings were not reset when the
   callsign was modified. Tnx N6TV.

- Bugfix : Tools : Check exchanges : Inconsistent behaviour under
   certain circonstances.

- Bugfix : When opening or creating an empty log, it was locked from
   the OS point of view, even after closing it in WT. Tnx N6TV.
