[WT-support] ARRL RTTY Round-Up implemented in the last nightly build

Hi

FYI, I implemented the ARRL RTTY Round-Up contest in my dvpt version,
and forced a nightly build to make it available for those interested.

It is available here :

To get instructions to use a nightly build, please read :

Reminder : Despite of numerous tests, it is a dvpt version which may
still includes some bugs and erratic behaviours. You're warned... ;-)
