[WT-support] Update on Wintest and Cluster issue

Well, since I installed Wintest last week , and enjoyed the software,
I have been struggling trying to figure out why the DX Cluster does
not work for me.  You will recall that I posted a message a few days
ago that said I was able to get the Dx Cluster features to work on one
PC, but not the one in the ham shack.  I suspected the problem might
have been related to an odd situation that I discovered on my PC while
trying to solve the cluster issue, my Windows Firewall service could
not be started.  After several days of Google seraching , and several
fix attempts, I finally solved the firewall issue and can now be
certain that I have NO firewall in line.

Despite all this, I am sad to report that the Win-Test DX Cluster
issue remains. Telnet to the cluster works, but nothing shows up in
the DX Cluster monitor window.  I even uninstalled and re-installed
Wintest, still no luck.  Since it works fine on one PC and not the
other, I assume it is not the software.  However, I my downlload an
earlier version of Win-test rather than the beta release, see how that
goes.
