[WT-support] CW Speed variations

Hi,

I am the happy owner of a MK2R+ and, as José, I use the CW generated
by Win-test via virtual com-port to avoid this annoying problem of speed
variation. USB seems not a problem, FSK from MMTTY/Win-test via same
interface works also without a glitch.
