[WT-support] toggle run/pounce ?

Select Tools | Data Entry | Enable Run/S&P Switching

Then Ctrl-Tab will work OK.

Personally, I'd like to suggest that this relatively new option move to the
"Operating" menu, rather than the "Tools" menu.  It's really hard to find.
I had to search the Wiki for "Switching" to find it again.
