[WT-support] Feature request: Send arbitrary command to radio in message

Please add a message mechanism to send an arbitrary command to the radio 
via the serial port, e.g. something like:

%RADIO1{RC;}

would send the command "RC;" to the Elecraft K3 configured as Radio 1
(to turn clear its RIT).
