Right click, Display | Marks does help, but it sure makes the window a lot
bigger.

It's an alphabetical "phone book" column sort that could be used generically
in non-U.S. contests too, anything with call districts 1 - 2 - 3 ... - 9 - 0
and an exchange with a 2-5 character multiplier string.
