[WT-support] Rate Window Bug

The 10 Meter contest is so exciting that I'm finding time to analyze the
Rate Window in great detail.
 
Down and the bottom it tells you how much a QSO counts and how much the next
mult counts.
 
At the present time I have 37 Q's, 20 MLTS and 146 PTs. In the window it has
this:
 
Time by mult:      12 H 57 MN 06 Sec
1 QSO counts:     11 pts
1 mult counts:    146 pts
1 mult worth:      13.2 QSO
 
I'm currently on CW. Doing the math, my next CW Q is worth 80 pts and if I
switch to SSB the next Q is worth 40 pts.
 
Doing the same with the mults, my next CW Q if it is a mult adds 230 pts. If
the next Q is SSB and a mult it adds 188 pts.
 
This also affects the 1 mult worth value decreasing it from 13.2 QSO to 2.9
QSO
 
I'm using 3.22.0.
