[WT-support] 3.23 and CW messages

I'm sure going wrong, but in Wintest 3.23, the cw standard messages edit panel is blank. To change cw messages, you have to edit them via the Shift (or Alt Gr) key.
3.21 doesn't have this peculiar behaviour. I certainly have missed a step or an information on this reflector.
