[WT-support] Country file (zone) issues from 2008 CQWw CW

Hi All,

Serrana Bank and this week for next operation at Bajos Nuevo are in zone 8.
This Colombian islands groups depends from HK0 DXCC San Andres and 
Providencia  (Colombia) but are situated much more north and in zone 8. (not 
zone 7).

We were surprised also about 5K0T. But Zone 8 seems to be ok, see:
