[WT-support] Connecting IC 7700 -RS232

Laurent,

Ok for the remark : the link RS232 seems to work correctly for certain
commands ( change tx frequency with my PC  , read it on my laptop ) , but
not for example for a T/R command with associated text sent after 

If you have any idea , I am interesting !

Actually, there is an IC-7700 choice in the radios combo-box since 
3.19.0 (Jan 2008). No need to "hack" the ini file whatsoever.
