It´s just personal preference.  I like being able to independently type
on 2 keyboards without any switching or additional keypresses.  This
includes the ability of maintaining the packet connection, scrolling
through multiplier lists, checking statistics or possibly editing the log
without interfering with the run action.

Besides, my notebook screens are simply not large enough to accomodate
the information needed for 2 radios in a useful manner.  No special 2R-Box
is needed except some basic homebrew audio switching device as described on
my website.

This way I´m also getting around the software issues you mentioned in your
previous mail.

However, your implementation probably is the more elegant one and the way
WT was designed for.

So get me a MK2R+ and I will rethink my strategy.
