Yes, I believe that is the only thing that looks "different" in CW Skimmer
spots.  Win-Test seems to be looking for a callsign, and there is no such
thing as the character "#" in a callsign, it doesn't find one.

So, if you can disable that "#" character somehow, or change it to a number,
I think Win-Test will understand all the spots OK.
