[WT-support] Date of QSO

Would it be possible to display (optionally) the date of QSO in the logging window?  This is sometimes useful in a two-day or cumulative contest, when we want to know which day we contacted someone, and also if we use Win-test as a general logging program (like me).  It could also be useful in the multiplier window.

Alternatively, the ALT-F function could be available as a window on screen all the time (not just for one QSO), so ALT-F became a toggle (on/off).
