[WT-support] CW Message "QSO B4"

As you can tell from my question, I am rather new to WT.  I love the  program!
 
I had overlooked the OPTIONS I CW menu where the RUN/S&P and "QSO B4"  are 
fully +explained.
 
In CW contests, I do not send "QSO B4". and I do work the dupes.   This is 
generally the preferred thing to do in a CW contest since it keeps from  having 
to argue with the other station about whether or not the QSO is a  dupe.
