I agree with you , i do an error for UA0Z.....it is on z19 (confirmed 
with russians oblasts prefix on

But , about BD9B  i find severals informations and confirmations for ..Z23..
Specialy on  EI8IC's maps prefixs and AC6V web site and others.

I have change my trunck for UA0Z
