Hi Doug,
the big insert key didn´t work with my setup, too. (only with one PC)
I tried some things in the menu and now I have a solution for the not working big key:
- If you set "shift binds to 2nd radio" (advandes SO2R selected) the big insert key is lost.
Just did it with my PC at home and it is the same!
Larry, can you confirm this?

Subject: [WT-support] Big Insert Key working now...
After about an hour in the CQWW, the big Insert key began to work!
I have no idea why. Perhaps toggling CAPS LOCK a few dozen times did it. Maybe sending a lot of CQs. Maybe the right RFI glitch sent an interesting sequence through the USB port. Perhaps it was karma.
Nothing was changed in my set up. I had resigned myself to using the little Insert key all weekend. But I forgot and hit the big one once, and it just started working spontaneously. Until now, the little Insert key worked OK, and the big Insert key worked with every other program except WinTest...including CTWin and various non-ham programs. And NUMLOCK has always been off. Really.
Had a few bugs but nothing major - no crashes, and the features are great. I noticed that if I was sending CW with the paddle and then hit the + key that the "T" in TU was sometimes not sent. It was OK if I waited a bit before hitting the +. Maybe a MK2R/WinKey issue.
Still getting used to SO2R modes with the MK2R+. I am sure I have not optimized it yet.

Doug K1DG
