[WT-support] Radio and Win-Test not in sync

Additional information. If I type 28050 to the callsign field and hit enter radio goes to that frequency as it should. But after a second or so the band in Win-Test changes back to 40, The radio still stays on the frequency I set earlier 28050. I'm running the 3.18. Any suggestions?
