Is anyone successfully running Win-Test with the Top Ten DX Doubler?  If so…can you forward me your LPT Config Settings?  Im unable to get Win-Test to send CW through the DX Doubler.  DX Doubler is set for CT Config.  

Win-Test works fine with the ZS4TX SCK II SO2R box….so it seems the PC hardware is OK.
