Let me summarize and remind you how it works (read also 
http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/FAQ:Licensing for further info) :

1/ The licencee is allowed to install and register WT on every computer 
he *owns* only. Of course, he can't install and register WT on a 
friend's or a club's computer. FYI, all registration keys requests 
activity is automatically logged and monitored, and we reserve the right 
to close an account in case of abuse.

2/ The licencee callsign must be used in the registration dialog, but 
the callsign used in the contest settings dialog (= callsign used during 
the contest) can be different. For example, this allows a licencee to 
bring his laptop in a DXPed, or to his local club and use the club 
station callsign.
