Hi,
We experienced something similar. I don't know, if it is related to the dx-spots. The transmission of the characters was delayed / stoped (PTT on).
After reboot of the pc everything worked fine again. Therefore we assumed a buffer leakage.

Betreff: [WT-support] WAE observation
Hi WT folks,
This past weekend we was running WAE RTTY with Z360M callsign from our location (Z37M)
We was using WT 3.18 and everything work well until 1100 QSO`s on sunday morning, when the
network on three computers go slowdown, which means, when we transmit and the spot is coming, the
RTTY transmitted signal stop for a while. The config was: ADSL connection on P-IV laptop from where
we took cluster to other two computers not connected to the Internet, with separate static IP
addresses on LAN. When we disconnect the network on one of the running computer, everything go
well. Is there any other similar problem with WT users?
Also, as Ben mentioned, the NP3D/W1 was identified as a K3 multiplier by Win-Test. In fact it
should be a K1.
