[WT-support] unkown DXCC in WT 3.17

Hi WT team,

WT ver 3.17 generate "unkown DXCC" in dialog line and zero points when 4U1WIC is logged. I have tried update my CTY.DAT file without change. Where is problem ? Do you have any idea ?
