[WT-support] Problems with install

Hello,
I downloaded the trial version and did the install, reboot, etc. When I 
start the program and go to New > Contest Config > and check OK, I get 
the message "Hamcap.exe has stopped working". The program locks up and I 
have to go to task manager to shut it down. I tried loading both 3.17 
and 3.18 with same results. I am running Vista with the 32bit version.
What suggestions, pse?
