[WT-support] Trying to set up for SS CW ?? Have only <PR> in Fkeys What are the missing Variables ?

Have only  <PR> in Fkeys What are the missing Variables ?   NEED   serial
number    prec    logged call       check  and section   

 

INS  key   has nothing more  than F2 AND F3   !

 

Why is this all empty in Version 3.17 ??
