there's is one problem i noticed during conversion:

LM4 creates this cabrillo style:
QSO: 144 PH 2006-06-17 1401 9A5CW 59 1 JN65VG IZ3DJA 59 1 JN65AA

but only this style is accepted by win-test:
QSO: 144 PH 2006-06-17 1401 9A5CW JN65VG 59 001 IZ3DJA JN65AA 59 001

bad luck, because there is no cabrillo definition for vhf contests with 
rst+no AND locator.....
so the above described process works in general, but you have to change 
order of the entries manually with excel, openoffice calc or whatever ...
