Subject: [WT-support] RSGB NFD (CW Field Day)...fixed station scoring
Hello Larry,
Many thanks for including the RSGB NFD (HF CW Field Day) within Win-Test.
Both Ian G3WVG and I have now down-loaded WT 3.11.0 and have found the same small problem with the scoring.
Although it is scoring the Portable (i.e /P or /M) stations correctly, it is not scoring the Fixed stations at all.
"Fixed stations in Europe (including UK) 2 points. Fixed stations outside
Europe 3 points. Portable and Mobile stations in Europe (including UK) 4
points. Portable and Mobile stations outside Europe 6 points. Contacts on
1.8MHz and 28MHz should be scored as above and then multiplied by two"
No country multiplier.
Example QSOs:
160m or 10m only : F6FVY = 4pts, F6FVY/p = 8pts, FY5KE = 6pts, FY5KE/p = 12pts
80m, 40m, 20m and 15m : F6VFY = 2pts, F6FVY/p = 4pts, FY5KE = 3pts, FY5KE/p = 6pts
The installation of the latest version of WT was very easy. However I noticed that the Win-Test file had grown from 4.075MB for WT 3.10.1 to 6.407 MB for WT 3.11.0.
