[WT-support] RSGB NFD CW.....?

To be very honest, the IARU Rgn 1 field day contests (CW and SSB) are 
managed in a very confusing way, depending on the countries or the 
involved national organizations !

For example, regarding the RSGB, the CW leg of this contest is called 
"National Field Day" and has its own scoring, and the SSB leg (in Sept) 
has another one (the one supported by WT unless it changed once more ?) 
! And other countries will have a diffrent scoring method...

Not to mention that bands are sometimes different between countries.

We tried to do our best to comply with these requirements, but 
sometimes, we can't make such exceptions which will bloat WT, or even 
worse, affect its stability. Our goal is to provide a tool which covers 
most of the contests (but not all, unfortunately), especially the major 
ones.
