[WT-support] Wintest questions

Just ordered the program and have installed the program at the contest station machines.

Question #1.  When registering each computer, do you have to send the computer information to WIn-test for verification FROM THAT COMPUTER.  The computers at the contest station are not wired into the Internet (except the Packet Computer).

Question #2.  I open wintest and get mostly a blank screen.  I select "open" or "new" and the program is searching of a .wtb file.  What is a .wtb file???
